Overview:
Flexio began as a billing platform for SMBs. Through user research, we discovered that invoicing wasn’t the core issue—users struggled with the manual, time-consuming, and often uncomfortable task of following up with clients to get paid. This insight led us to pivot the product toward automating invoice follow-ups and simplifying financial reconciliation.

My Contribution

User Research: Conducted interviews with SMBs to uncover pain points beyond invoicing.
UX Design: Redesigned key flows focusing on automation, ease of use, and clear presentation of financial data.
UI Design: Created interfaces inspired by spreadsheets to maintain familiarity while adding automation features.
Design System: Built a modular design system from scratch to speed up iteration and maintain consistency across the product.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Worked closely with product and engineering to align solutions with user needs and technical feasibility.
